Lai Chee Hoe 赖志豪
The founding partner. He is the litigation partner and practises civil and criminal cases. His portfolio ranges from cases involving corporate fights, company disputes and breach of contract. In the recent years of political transformation in Malaysia, he represented several political figures and his cases were reported in the media. He has an exuberant imagination with an overflowing excitement. He appears in courts regularly. He was also the Chairman of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Young Lawyers Committee.
Ng Su-San 黄素姗
Su-San received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sheffield and she was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2006.
Prior to joining Chee Hoe & Associates, she was practicing with one of the leading law firms in Kuala Lumpur.
She advises clients on real estate matters, project development, commercial agreements and corporate law. Su-San had previously dealt with both international and local clients and foreign counsel in cross borders transactions as well as buyers and sellers of companies, businesses and assets.
Her current practice encompasses corporate advisory work as well as real estate transactions involving sale and purchase, financing, tenancy and lease transactions
Alex Ch'ng Hun Yao (Alex) | Associate
Alex is a graduate of the University of Reading where he obtained his LLB in
2009 with a 2nd class upper. He went on to complete the BVC at the City Law
School, City University London in 2010.
Lai Yan Yin | Paralegal
Yan Yin graduated from
Aberystwyth University in 2010. He is currently obtaining the
certificate of legal practice with the hopes of becoming a legally
qualified person. He assists both the litigation and conveyancing
department in the firm.”

Liew Shut Yeen (Alice) | Conveyancing Executive
Alice brings along 9 years of experience in conveyancing
field and she manages various conveyancing matters including direct buy from
developer, sub sale and prepares loan documentation for several major banks
including UOB Bank, Alliance Bank, Maybank, OCBC Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered
Bank and Public Bank.
